We are seeking a skilled Clinical Specialist to work in the Primary Health Care – Darwin Region. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality clinical care to complex client presentations and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure culturally appropriate services are provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply specialist knowledge and skills within a defined practice area in therapeutic and professional relationships with individuals, families, groups, and communities.
* Be recognised by the team for your expertise and engage in agreed independent practice under the supervision and management of the team.
* Accountable for providing sound professional advice and for assessment, planning, review, evaluation, and coordination of comprehensive client care and/or case management within the specialty area.
Selection Criteria
* Essential: Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia or eligibility for same.
* Demonstrated highly developed clinical knowledge and skills in a relevant area of nursing/midwifery relating to this vacancy, supporting well-developed clinical decision-making and problem-solving to achieve best-practice healthcare outcomes.
