Your new company
We are seeking an experienced professional to join a high-performing team delivering critical procurement services within a complex, fast-paced environment. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact, international-facing programs, supporting initiatives that operate across diverse regions and stakeholders. You will play a key role in enabling successful program delivery, working closely with multidisciplinary teams on engagements that extend beyond domestic boundaries.
Your new role
* Lead and manage end-to-end procurement activities, from simple to complex procurements
* Provide expert advice in line with Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs)
* Support budget and financial management activities, including reporting, tracking and SAP processing
* Coordinate multiple workstreams and priorities across a dynamic stakeholder group
* Contribute to continuous improvement and the development of efficient processes
* Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
* Active NV2 security clearance (mandatory)
* Proven experience managing procurement activities in government or regulated environments
* Strong working knowledge of financial processes, including budgeting and reporting
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver in fast-paced environments
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and teamwork skills
* Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
