: About the role: This rewarding opportunity will see you join the St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba (SVPHT) as our Clinical Nurse Consultant - Discharge Coordinator .
In this role you will ensure effective and timely admission/discharge processes are in place and to case manage patients with an extended length of stay and additionally, to assist the Assistant Director of Clinical Services and contribute towards developing strategies to maximise cost-effectiveness and efficiency in the discharge process.
