*About You:*
* Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Proven experience managing a residential portfolio
* Strong tribunal and dispute resolution experience
* Proficient in Property Tree, Snug and Inspection Manager
* Highly organised, systems-driven and detail-oriented
* Confident communicator with a strong client-first mindset
The Role
* Manage a clean and well-maintained portfolio of approximately 160 properties
* End-to-end portfolio management with full leasing support
* Primary point of contact for landlords and tenants
* Routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
* Maintenance coordination with trusted trades
* Tribunal preparation and mediation matters
* Arrears management and portfolio optimisation
* Lease renewals and compliance management
