Key Responsibilities
* Deliver Certificate in EAL Frameworks across all levels to help students improve their English proficiency and achieve settlement goals.
* Design and facilitate engaging, culturally responsive EAL lessons tailored to learners from diverse backgrounds.
* Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and share high-quality teaching resources.
* Monitor and assess student progress using formative and summative assessment methods to ensure learning outcomes are met.
* Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that celebrates cultural diversity and encourages active participation.
* Complete required delivery, assessment, reporting, and resulting documentation in line with institute standards.

Essential Qualifications
