We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Director to join our team.

About the Role:

* Create a personalized and unique experience for each customer through special details and touches that set us apart from other retailers.
* Co-lead daily sales and operational management of an upscale retail boutique; work with stylists to ensure store achieves sales goals.
* Foster continued development of store and staff through ongoing recruitment, training and coaching.
* Manage pre-appointment qualification process against conversions.
* Monitor and respond to all store reviews, providing feedback to management as needed.
* Manage follow-up activities on customer inquiries (email, text, phone, website).
* First-level management of customer complaints, reporting them for continuous improvement.
* Execute in-store marketing activities, including bridal fairs and promotions.
* Work with management to understand selling trends, implement Merchandising activities to maximize the customer experience.
* Prepare store for in-store special events and trunk shows; maintain visual and brand standards.

About You:

* Bachelor's degree in Retail/Fashion or related field preferred; equivalent relevant work experience will be considered.
* 3-5 years retail management experience; previous bridal sales or apparel industry-related management experience is preferred.
* Strong customer service approach with ability to build relationships and solve problems quickly.
* High emotional intelligence and organizational awareness to lead effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both professional and friendly.
* Proven retail sales ability demonstrated by consistent attainment of sales goals.
* Ability to lead in a challenging environment where multi-tasking and adaptability are required.
* Results-driven with attention to detail and ability to provide oversight and delegation.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and social media platforms.
