The opportunity
We are seeking applications for Coach Drivers to work in our Kinetic Specialised Resources division based within the Bowen Basin area to work across a 9-week continuous shutdown project.
What the position offers
- Rate - Casual flat rate $45.21 *including camp allowance
- Shifts - Split Shifts
- Hours – minimum 48hrs on a full working week
- Location: Bowen Basin
- Uniforms: Supplied
- Accommodation: Camp and meals provided whilst on roster
You will be involved in
- Consistently ensuring the safety of yourself, your passengers, and your vehicle.
- COVID Cleaning of Coaches after the completion of shift
- Exceptional customer service.
- Performing pre and post-departure checks.
- Undertaking minor mechanical services and maintenance on your vehicle (e.g. tyre changes).
- Ad-hoc duties as required.

The boxes you'll tick
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A current Medium Rigid (MR) driving licence or above.
- Current QLD Driver Authority (essential).
- Be able to pass a pre‐employment physical examination, medical history check, and if required Coal Board Medical and STD 11.
- Minimum 1 year's heavy vehicle driving experience.
- Ability to be flexible, possibly working from different camps each week.
- Ability and willingness to provide support in or outside of your daily duties.
