We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our dynamic team.
About the Role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties while providing outstanding service to both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a residential property portfolio end-to-end with the addition of dedicated support staff
* Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors
* Manage lease renewals and rent reviews
* Arrears management and tenant communication
* Liaise with landlords and provide regular updates
* Advertising and leasing properties
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in property management preferred
* Current WA Property Management Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
* Property management software (PropertyTree, MRI Rent Find and VaultRE)
* Current driver's WA licence
