Business Development and Operations Manager
The role of a Business Development and Operations Manager is a dynamic position that requires a blend of business acumen, sales skills, and operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to generate new client leads and convert enquiries.
* Build strong relationships with referrers, community groups, and aged care networks.
* Collaborate closely with the Owner on business strategy, team performance, and service quality.
* Analyse sales data, monitor KPIs, and take action to meet revenue targets.
* Represent the organisation at local networking events and industry functions.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a Business Development or Management role.
* Proven experience in aged care or disability services.
* A strong sales mindset and track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – confident on the phone and in person.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both autonomously and in a team.
* Current National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable Persons Card.
* Full Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
* Permanent right to work in Australia.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
* Experience using aged care software and CRM systems.
* Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS framework.
