CJD Trucks, based in Forrestfield, is on the lookout for an experienced and detail-driven Warranty Officer to become an integral part of our busy service team

What You'll Be Doing
* Managing and processing warranty claims with precision and speed.
* Assisting branches with accurate data and documentation for submissions.
* Supervising and supporting manufacturer representatives during audits.
* Reconciling warranty accounts and maintaining compliance.
* Championing CJD's safety and environmental standards.
What We're Looking For
* Experience with online warranty claim systems (preferred but not essential).
* Strong analytical skills and solid computer literacy.
* Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
* Background in dealership or truck‑related industries (advantageous).
* Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal.
* A mechanical understanding of heavy commercial trucks will set you apart.
