We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full time Real Estate Sales/ Admin member to join the team at Heron Johns First National Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow
Preparing property listings, brochures and marketing material
Data base management and general administration tasks
Processing and assisting with sales contracts, liaising with buyers, sellers and settlement agents
Schedule and coordinate photo shoots and home opens
Prepare and maintain Media Marketing

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous manner
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Positive, vibrant and energetic attitude with a passion for real estate
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
