Due to recent structure changes and our continued drive to utilise internal resources, we have an exciting opportunity for a HD Fitter – specialising in Dump Trucks.
This will be a challenging and dynamic role encompassing both time on the floor, as well as time focusing on reliability and improvement initiatives.
This role will be 8/6 dayshift only.
Key responsibilities:
Support site execution of reliability & improvement projects for our fleet, focusing on improving reliability and reducing total costs of ownershipContribute to improvements in maintenance strategies and tactics by effectively communicating real world data on failures to central support teamsPreventative and Breakdown maintenance on Dump Trucks Provide technical expertise and input to support site maintenance by acting as a SME
Essential skills:
Extensive knowledge and experience maintaining Komatsu and CAT Dump Trucks Absolute commitment to safe work practicesBasic understanding of reliability centered maintenanceStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent communication skills, ability to clearly document procedures and present findings
