As the Assistant Store Manager in the beautiful region of Echuca, you will be experienced as a hands on leader and store support, as well as a dedicated and driven salesperson.
Alongside the Store Manager, you will drive and lead a passionate team, maintaining the store, stock control and most importantly you will love exceeding your customer's expectations. Your personality and energy will engage, inspire and motivate your team to achieve outstanding customer service and sales targets and you will love working with hot brands, amazing customers and having fun at work!

- Previous retail leadership experience ESSENTIAL
- Robust communication skills
- Ability to support and drive a team to meet their sales budgets and KPI's
