Role Summary:
This hands-on role involves delivering high‐quality repairs across a variety of trade disciplines. Ideal for a versatile tradesperson, you'll bring strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional workmanship while working directly with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete carpentry, plasterboard installation, painting, tiling, and general property repairs to a high professional standard.
* Diagnose issues across multiple trade areas and implement effective solutions.
* Manage multi‐trade tasks and small projects from start to finish, coordinating materials, timelines, and workflow.
* Maintain high levels of workmanship, ensuring all work meets or exceeds industry and company standards.
* Adapt across various trades and tasks, managing your workload efficiently in changing environments.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and timelines.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
* Deliver excellent customer service in all interactions.
* Follow all health and safety requirements in line with company and statutory guidelines.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in general building trades.
* Valid driver's license, White Card, and Blue Card (or willing to obtain).
* Proven experience in one or more trades, with multi-trade skills highly regarded.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility for occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
