Requirements

* Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures, including employment legislation and regulations.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships, solve problems and make decisions.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Works collaboratively in a team environment, with a high level of discretion.
* Excellent time management skills, and highly organized with a varied workload.
* Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
