**About the role**
This UKG/Kronos Trainer will work in the learning and development function to support new employees as they become familiar with the UKG Kronos system and mobile app. They will be working with a cohort classes of 12 to train staff on functionality, processes, and guide their learning and development journey as they become acclimated to the system and mobile app.
The role will be instrumental in:
- Engaging and collaborating with diverse stakeholders across clinical and operational teams to co-design and implement training materials and training schedules.
- Driving behavioural change through tailored training and communication.
- Measuring adoption and readiness, ensuring teams are equipped with the skills, processes, and tools to transition smoothly into current ways of operating.
**About you**
**_ Essential _**
- UKG Kronos experience, including UKG PRO Workforce Management and UKG Workforce Central.
- 5+ years of training delivery experience
- Ability to manage existing hire class cohort sizes of 12, multiple times a week, inclusive of Night Shift and Weekend Shift.
- Experience in training, service, implementation or equivalent knowledge/experience with pertinent Rostering & Timekeeping products/solutions.
- Knowledge of Cognition, adult learning, instructional design and delivery theories.
- Experience in Face to Face and virtual training delivery
**_ Desirable _**
- Experience in government, financial services or healthcare industries is advantageous.
- Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources preferred but not required.
- Lean-Agile, Human Centred Design, Behavioural Change disciplines or certifications is also an advantage.
