Service Technician — Are you a hands-on maintenance professional with a passion for keeping high-value machinery running at peak performance? Join a leading national capital machinery company, delivering expert maintenance and technical support to clients across Australia.
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing capital machinery at client sites. This role involves nationwide travel, ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime, and providing technical expertise wherever it’s needed. You will work closely with clients to provide advice and support, while collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues. Accurate service records and reports will also be part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
We’re looking for a trade-qualified professional (mechanical, electrical, or similar) with proven experience in machinery maintenance. Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls. Comfort with national travel and client-facing roles is required, as well as excellent communication skills and a skilled approach.
