The Opportunity
This is more than a support role — it’s a launchpad into a long-term sales career. You’ll be working closely with experienced agents, gaining hands-on exposure to deals, clients, and the full sales process from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Attending open homes, appraisals & listing presentations
* Prospecting, door knocking & letterbox dropping
* Managing and nurturing the database
* Liaising with buyers and landlords
* Handling and servicing inbound enquiries
* Consistently hitting and exceeding KPIs
What We’re Looking For
* A genuine hunger for sales and success
* Strong communication and confidence with people
* Resilience and a proactive, “get it done” attitude
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Previous sales experience (any industry) OR real estate experience highly regarded
