About the Role
Are you ready for a role where no two days are the same? We're seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Electronic Security Counter Sales & Administration professional to join our vibrant Perth team.
In this dynamic role, you'll be the friendly face and knowledgeable voice our customers rely on. You'll:
* Deliver outstanding service: Answer calls, assist walk-in customers, and handle phone/email orders with professionalism and a smile.
* Keep things moving: Process orders, pick stock from shelves, and ensure customers get what they need efficiently.
* Solve problems: Advise customers on stock availability, suggest suitable alternatives, and help resolve any issues quickly and effectively.
* Support our customers through emailing invoices, managing account balances, and processing EFTPOS and credit card payments.
* Stay organised: Maintain accurate records, filing, and assist with general administration.
* Collaborate across the team: Work closely with the purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations.

What You'll Bring
Professional Skills
* Previous experience in customer service roles, ideally in a technical, trade, or wholesale environment.
* Proficiency in business systems such as Acumatica and HubSpot (or similar ERP and CRM platforms).
* Knowledge of electronic security systems, particularly Ajax Systems, Milesight, and Reyee, is a significant advantage.
* Experience in the security equipment industry is highly desirable.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
