Job Details
Permanent - Full Time, 38 hours per week position – enjoy the stability.
Located in East Maitland at our picturesque Green Hills location.

Your Contribution
Maintain lawns, gardens, car park and other outdoor spaces to a high standard.
Operate and care for equipment (ride-on mowers, whipper snippers, etc.).
Support resident-led garden projects and help make outdoor areas accessible for all.
Work safely and help others do the same.
Respond to feedback and work with the Maintenance/Property Services team to keep everything running smoothly.
The Essentials
Experience in grounds or garden maintenance.
A practical, can-do attitude and an eye for detail.
Confidence using equipment and basic IT skills (email, Excel and Word).
A valid driver's licence and willingness to work outdoors in a physically demanding role.
Friendly, helpful approach with residents, staff, and visitors.
Willingness to get (or already have) a National Criminal History Check for aged care.
