The problems we solve

* Our New graduates are supported every step of the way
* 1-2 weeks structured onboarding with admin and orientation.
* Shadow your senior before seeing any clients of your own.
* Senior clinicians shadow all your initial appointments for extra support.
* Senior buddy available at all times for questions.
* Weekly 1:1s with a clinically aligned Team Leader.
* Monthly case reviews + in-services, internal PD Academy + video library.
* $1000 external PD budget.

"I want real client exposure, but not too much too soon."

* Start with what you're comfortable with; paeds, adults, or mixed.
* 4 clients/day on average, built up gradually as your confidence grows.
* Cross-discipline shadowing in our MDT practice.
* All referrals fully supported by seniors and TL.
* Everything counts: travel, calls, reporting, and notes are billable.

* Active daily team chats.
* Monthly in-person catch-ups with your local team.
* Fun socials and connection opportunities built into your schedule.

"I want to grow and have balance."

* Structured progression to independent practice over first 4–6 months.
* Realistic KPIs tailored for new grads.
* Full admin day built in for reporting, session planning, and learning.
* Choose your days and control your diary.
* Low KPIs, all billables count, no overtime.

"I want the right tools to succeed."

* Access to all assessments and resources you need
* $350 annual therapy kit allowance
* $250 tech allowance to get set up.
