You will play a pivotal role in supporting our lawyers on a variety of administrative and ad-hoc duties.Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:Diary management;Preparation and reconciliation of expenses;Scheduling appointments;Opening and closing files;Client liaison and management;Preparing legal documents;Organising events & functions;File management; andPA duties as required.Who We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented legal assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience.
You will have experience in supporting a high number of fee earners and be able to prioritise tasks and manage conflicting deadlines.
Proven experience in billing is essential.
