 
        
        As a Head Chef, you will oversee the culinary team and lead kitchen operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
 * Create menu items, recipes and develop dishes ensuring variety and quality, and consistently delivering on culinary standards.
 * Manage daily production planning to optimize food preparation and presentation.
 * Determine food inventory needs, manage stock levels, and place orders to maintain optimal supply.
 * Optimize kitchen costs through efficient resource allocation and minimize waste.
 * Direct the food preparation process while maintaining high-quality service standards.
 * Collaborate with other Chefs of all levels to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
 * Ensure the kitchen adheres to all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines.
Requirements
 * At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
 * A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or a relevant qualification demonstrating culinary expertise.
 * Excellent cooking skills, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to innovate in the kitchen.
 * Effective leadership skills to motivate and direct your team.
 * Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
