Job Description: Sales Rep - Sydney/NSW
Reckless Brewing Co., based in Bathurst for the last 2 years, is one of the fastest-growing breweries in Australia, known for its trophy-winning beers and a strong emphasis on culture and diversity within the team.
Founded as a dream among three friends (Grace, Alice, and Jarrod), it has become one of the most iconic breweries in NSW and Australia's largest female-owned/operated brewery.
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our expanding sales team in Sydney.
The role will be based in Northern Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs, with travel to the Central Coast, Canberra, and surrounding areas.
* Provide professional service to Reckless Brewing Co. customers
* Manage and execute a call cycle of face-to-face account meetings, including visits to customers and potential customers, calls, and sales pipeline management
* Handle account management and client reporting using in-field tools
* Identify and convert new sales opportunities
* Maintain relationships with customers
* Represent Reckless Brewing Co. at industry and consumer events, including weekends
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have:
* High drive and self-motivation
* Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills
* Ability to innovate and communicate ideas effectively
* An entrepreneurial approach to business development
* Persuasive and credible presentation style
* High-level administrative skills
* A valid NSW driver's license and access to a vehicle
* Ability to work independently
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) license
Additional preferred attributes:
* Experience with sales CRM tools
* Experience with Xero, Ekos, and Carton Cloud
* Minimum of 2 years in B2B or retail management sales within FMCG
