Sales Manager – Home Improvement | Queensland Expansion
About the Client
Our client is a national brand within the home improvement and outdoor living sector, currently expanding into the Queensland market. They are known for delivering premium, large-scale home improvement solutions, and they're now seeking a driven Sales Manager to establish and grow their Queensland sales team.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a manager who thrives in sales. External training support will be provided — your focus is to drive results, build discipline, and keep the team sharp.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading from the front — setting the pace and driving results.
* Running regular practice sessions with consultants to sharpen presentation and objection handling.
* Recruiting, onboarding, and developing a high-performing sales team.
* Driving accountability — monitoring KPIs, appointments, and conversions.
* Managing targets, reporting performance, and celebrating success.

* Experience managing and motivating a growing team.
* Minimum 1-2 years of sales management experience required.

What's on Offer
* Base Salary: $100k – $120k + Super
* Bonus: % of turnover above target (paid quarterly, uncapped).
* OTE $180k+ realistic in year one.
