What You Will Do Design with rigour → Develop engaging, exam-style questions, lesson guides, and worksheets that are curriculum-aligned and challenge students. Raise the bar → Craft questions that promote higher-order thinking, application, and creativity. Refine with data → Analyse performance feedback to sharpen and improve resources. Collaborate smartly → Work with tutors, team leads, and subject heads to ensure alignment with teaching strategies. Deliver on schedule → Complete weekly tasks and maintain high-quality standards with proactive communication. Quality Assurance → Proofread, review, and validate content for accuracy, logic, and relevance. What You Will Bring Strong subject expertise and research skills to produce high-quality resources. Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous work habits. Experience in curriculum-aligned resource development (preferred but not essential). Ability to collaborate effectively with tutors, academic teams, and leadership. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines. Proactive mindset: identifies gaps in resources and proposes solutions. Continuous improvement: incorporates feedback to enhance resource quality.
