We are currently recruiting experienced Civil Operators for projects kicking off early 2026, these positions will see you carry out various tasks on residential and commercial subdivisions. We are looking for the below operators:
* Loader Operators - CAT 938 or similar
* Excavator Operators - 3T - 30T
* Posi Operators - CAT 249
* Roller Operators - Various
* Scraper Operators - 615 Elevated
* Water Cart Operators - JCB
You will be required to carry out various tasks including but not limited to:
* Block preparation
* Detailed & Bulk earthworks
* Import fill
* Road construction
* Retaining walls
* Drainage & sewer
As well as the above you will need to be willing and able to get of the machines and help out on the ground. As well as being able to operate the above all applicants will need to meet the following criteria;
* Hold a current Australian drivers licence (HR preferred)
* Have a national ticket for machines you operate
* Hold a blue/white card
* Have previous subdivision experience
* Be willing to get off the machine and help out when required
* Be able to pass regular random drug & alcohol tests
Worksites located in the following areas:
* Byford
* Wilson
* Henley Brook
* Dayton
* Pakerville
* Sinagra
