Responsibilities
* Building and nurturing relationships with existing and new clients
* Developing new business opportunities across the Property, Development and Construction markets
* Managing candidate attraction, interviews, shortlists and placements
* Working closely with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver strong outcomes
* Growing a specialist desk with the opportunity to progress into future leadership
Qualifications
* Experience in recruitment, sales, business development, account management or a similar client-facing role
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A genuine interest in the Property, Real Estate, Development or Construction sector
* A proactive and target-driven mindset
* Confidence in business development and client management
* Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* A positive attitude, resilience and the desire to grow
