About the opportunity
The Supplier Partnerships Manager is a key member of MixIn, Endeavour Group’s Retail Media Services team. Reporting to the Head of Retail Media Services, this role has overall responsibility for developing and managing the sales campaigns to implement supplier booked ad campaigns for Endeavour Group’s digital and in-store advertising platform.
In conjunction with the Endeavour X, Marketing and Merchandise teams, the role will develop and manage the retail media aspect of an ongoing Trade Planning calendar to ensure maximum media sales opportunities are provided for Endeavour Group and suppliers.
The Supplier Partnerships Manager will…
1. Develop and evolve Trade Planning calendar in alignment with Endeavour X, Merchandise, Brand Managers and the Marketing team.
2. Evaluate and gain buy in for existing and proposed campaigns to ensure they support the strategic intent of the business unit.
3. Establish structure and governance for sales activation and production within the growing team
4. Provide reporting, analytics and measurement of the Retail Media space with a specific POV and application of KPIs specific to these marketplaces.
5. Develop and manage key Endeavour Group partnerships that relate to retail media campaign management and execution
6. Support the Head of Retail Media Services to collaborate with suppliers to identify emerging trends and sales opportunities
7. Manage contracts and service agreements with production and field force suppliers
8. Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, proactively providing feedback, development opportunities and building a culture of continuous improvement within the team
9. Develop and communicate sales KPIs for direct reports. Provide team members with regular updates on how they are tracking against KPIs, and feedback on how to improve performance

10. Experience managing campaigns for a brand, retailer or agency.
11. Experience working directly on trade marketing activity across a number of brands (to include Retail or FMCG)
12. Ecommerce experience (ideally within Retail or FMCG)
13. Experience with agency, vendor, and/or cross-functional team management
14. Proven experience delivering successful projects in a complex, matrixed organisation
15. Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and can operate autonomously
16. Commercial-driven marketer who is highly numerate and not afraid to ask questions
17. Exceptional operator who is able to get things done and manage multiple stakeholders
18. Strong communicator who is able to simplify complex topics for their audience
