About the Role
We are seeking to recruit a Skilled individual for an immediate start who demonstrates exceptional customer service and communication skills, the ability to interact with customers face-to-face, and a commitment to fostering our customer-centric values.
The successful candidate must also have exceptional organisational and time management skills. Previous experience in a fast-paced multidrop business environment will be highly regarded. To be successful in this role, you require a strong work ethic and the ability to actively contribute to our team environment.
Skills and Experience
* Medium Rigid Licence (required).
* Maintain a delivery and pickup schedule.
* Great communication and interpersonal skills.
* Time management skills, to successfully complete deliveries efficiently.
* Be well presented.
* Fit and Healthy for labour-intensive work.
* Flexibility for overtime and weekend work.
* Be self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
* Enjoy working in a team environment.
* Display a dedication to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
* Willingness to work in the factory as required.
Pre-Employment Requirements
Short-listed candidates will be required to complete a physical, along with a drug and alcohol medical assessment.
A national Police clearance and reference assessment.
Essential Service Provider Vaccination
As an essential service provider, servicing vulnerable industries which include health and aged care services, we require all drivers to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
This is a casual position with an opportunity for permanency. Hours of operation vary across a 6-day week roster.
