We offer core services with regard to civil contracting and also provide management of the classification, removal and validation of most hazardous materials.
We currently have an opportunity for casual Asbestos Removal Workers to join our team based in the Nowra region. Works will include asbestos removal, lead paint and lead dust removal with potential for some other hazardous materials
Expected duration of work is up to 6 months

Key responsibilities for the roles include:
Participating in the successful delivery of project activities in relation to HAZMAT remediation, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project requirements.
* Follow safety procedures before, during, and after cleanup
* Comply with state and federal laws regarding waste disposal
* Test hazardous materials to determine the proper way to clean up
* Construct scaffolding or build containment areas before cleaning up
* Remove, neutralise, or clean up hazardous materials that are found or spilled
* Clean contaminated tools and equipment for reuse
* Package, transport, or store hazardous materials
* Keep records of cleanup activities
* Maintain appropriate licences required to operate under current regulations

* Exceptional organisational, time efficiency, communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions
* Highly motivated
* High level of attention to detail
