Motorcycle Service Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to lead our workshop at TeamMoto Cairns.
As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful operation of the service department, managing day-to-day operations in a busy workshop, and achieving optimum capacity and KPIs.
You will work closely with the Dealer Principal to ensure the smooth operation of the service department and liaise with the Parts Manager to ensure timely delivery of parts.
Our ideal candidate will have experience as a Service Manager or Advisor in the automotive or motorcycle industry, excellent customer service and people management skills, and a strong technical knowledge base.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage the service department to achieve optimal performance and productivity
* Supervise and motivate a team of technicians to deliver exceptional results
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
