The Role
This isn't just another management role; it's a game-changing opportunity for a strategic leader to become the architect of our commercial future.
Reporting directly to our CEO, you'll hold one of the most pivotal positions in our organisation, responsible for steering our national sales and marketing efforts from reactive responses to proactive market domination.
You will be the driving force behind:
Strategic Transformation: Overhauling our sales methodology to build a truly proactive, territory-focused, and key-account-driven powerhouse.
Market Leadership: Crafting and executing national sales and marketing strategies that not only meet targets but shatter them, significantly boosting our revenue and market share.
Team Empowerment: Mentoring, inspiring, and developing a dynamic sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Innovation & Growth: Identifying untapped opportunities, spearheading new initiatives, and ensuring our brand resonates powerfully across the B2B landscape.
Key Qualities We're Looking For
Proven Track Record: Consistently delivered exceptional results in sales and/or marketing leadership (8+ years), especially in high-growth or transformative environments.
Change Agent: Excel at taking a sales organisation from good to great, instilling disciplined processes and fostering a proactive, customer-centric mindset.
Industry Insight: Experience in capital equipment, industrial solutions, or complex B2B sales cycles is highly advantageous.
Natural Leader: Mentor, inspirer, and driver of talent development across geographically diverse teams.
