Schedule: Monday to Friday
* Day Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
* Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Pay Rate: $32.74 – $36.66 per hour
About the Role
We are currently seeking physically fit, reliable, and safety-conscious RF Scanners, Pick-packers, and Tugger Operators to support our client's high-volume operation located in Melbourne's western suburbs. This is a physically demanding role that involves container work, general warehousing tasks, and order processing in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Picking, Packing and Sorting a variety of goods
* Manual handling and lifting (15kg–25kg)
* Preparing customer orders for dispatch
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
* Following OH&S protocols and site safety procedures
* Assisting with inventory movement and stock replenishment
* Operate a tugger safely
To Be Successful, You Will Have
* Warehousing, Tugger, RF Scanner, and Pick-packing experience preferred
* Manual unloading and loading of shipping containers — preferred but not essential
* Physical fitness to handle repetitive lifting and extended standing periods
* High level of reliability, attention to detail, and strong work ethic
* Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment
* PPE Required: Steel-capped boots and high-visibility clothing
