Destination: Balmain Hospital Strong Clinic, 29 Booth Street, Balmain, NSW 2041. Purpose: group physiotherapy class 11:00‐12:00. Responsibilities: pick up client from Glen Osmond House, transport to clinic, stay during session to assist with bathroom support, transport client back to Glen Osmond House after session.
