Rare opening for a skilled receptionist to join a respected accounting firm centrally on the Gold Coast

They will be needing an experienced Receptionist who can hit the ground running and be the face of the firm as a first point of contact. **Your new role**
Your new role will see you providing reception and admin support to the Director and Accountants as well being the face of the business when clients visit. In this integral role, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling reception and being the first point of contact for walk in clients
- Diary management
- Handling ATO correspondence
- Document preparation
- Reception has a coffee machine so may need to make coffees at times
- Client liaison
- ASIC compliance
- Providing assistance to the Accounting team as required
- General administrative duties as required such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, collating and binding, answering telephone calls, meeting & greeting clients, etc
**What you'll need to succeed**
The director of this firm is searching for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with the following:
- Recent receptionist experience working for an Accounting firm is essential for this role
- Previous experience in hospitality is desirable (ex baristas encouraged to apply)
- Professional and polished presentation
- Impeccable communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Can-do attitude and desire to learn
- A passion for delivering first class customer service
