This is a 12 month contract initially, with the potential for extension after this time. As the Pharmacist Manager, you will lead the on-site pharmacy team and deliver high quality and effective specialist pharmacy services to our valued customers and patients. Lead our pharmacy operations, professional services, and medication supply, catering to the needs of our valued patients and customers. Mentor and develop the skills of our staff, guiding them through onboarding and induction processes for new team members. Provide direction for our Pharmacy team while cultivating a positive culture that empowers everyone to excel. What you’ll bring Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and leading a team in accordance with legislative and medication safety guidelines.
