As they continue to expand, they are seeking a motivated Finance Officer to join their finance team and help drive financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of financial records
* Preparing month‐end journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and depreciation adjustments
* Handling Accounts Receivable invoicing and payment matching
* Setting up new suppliers
* Scheduling and processing payments
* Contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance function
* Responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders
Ideal Candidate
* Prior experience as a Finance Officer or similar finance role
* Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Intermediate knowledge of Excel
