We are seeking a Assistant Manager to join our Miranda Store. In this role, you will lead, inspire, and coach a team of passionate casual staff to excel every day.
Your responsibilities include driving sales and KPIs, engaging with customers, and developing your team. You will collaborate with your Area Manager to identify growth opportunities for your store and team in a high-profile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure smooth store operations to meet sales targets, KPIs, visual standards, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage management
* Motivate and coach your team to achieve KPIs and added-value targets
* Monitor sales performance daily, weekly, and monthly, recognizing successes and addressing gaps
* Manage wage costs effectively, adhering to rostering standards and budgets
* Mentor your team to maintain high morale and support their development with training and succession planning
* Ensure compliance with OH&S legislation and standards
Roster: Sunday - Thursday
Qualifications & Skills:
* Minimum 1 year retail store management experience in a fast-paced environment
* Motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed
* Passion for leading and inspiring teams
* Strategic thinking with a proven track record of increasing sales and meeting KPIs
* Operational expertise in stock control and visual merchandising
* Experience managing rosters and controlling wages
