Key responsibilities:
You will be responsible for delivering client reports and databases accurately, and on time. Effectively managing a portfolio of FMCG clients, you will:
- Accurately assess the client’s reporting and database requirements
- Be accountable for the quality of the client database, working with the Data Release team to ensure any data changes have been delivered in full and on time
- Investigate data changes and communicate back to the client
- Be accountable for the quality of the client reports
- Provide troubleshooting system support to the client
We’re looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, statistics or similar
- Previous experience working as an Analyst in any sector (FMCG desirable)
- Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- High attention to detail
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to simplify complex data for the relevant audience
