WorkCover Queensland is entering an exciting new chapter, guided by a renewed strategic focus and strong executive leadership shaping our 2030 Strategy. We're embarking on an enterprise-wide transformation to strengthen our impact and continue making a positive difference in people's lives.
What You'll Do
The role involves all phases of end‐to‐end employee experience delivery, from discovery, problem definition and insight analysis through to experience design, facilitation, implementation and evaluation. This includes designing and delivering leadership programs and leader induction, facilitating workshops and learning experiences, creating and running employee listening initiatives, and translating insights into practical improvements. The role works closely with senior leaders and confidently articulates recommendations and design decisions through clear executive and board‐level communication.
What We're Looking For
The Senior Employee Experience Specialist is a people‐focused facilitator and trusted partner, whose purpose is to create clarity, alignment and momentum across leadership, culture and employee experience initiatives. They act as a conduit between insight and action, building strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders to ensure experiences are well‐designed, well‐facilitated and meaningfully embedded. The ideal candidate believes that continuous collaboration with leaders and teams is essential to understand context, uncover the real problems to solve and shape solutions that are desirable, feasible and sustainable. They can clearly articulate the "why" behind their design decisions, communicate effectively at executive and board level and apply sound judgement to balance ambition with practicality while delivering high‐quality outcomes.
