We are now looking for an Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys being the person who quietly makes the impossible happen. Whether you are an experienced EA or coming from event planning, coordination, paralegal work, personal assistance, or office management, this role offers the chance to step into a high-impact position where your organisation and initiative truly matter.
About the Role
As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the CEO's office. You'll act as a trusted partner, managing critical communications and providing executive-level coordination and support.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
* Preparing agendas, papers, and minutes for Executive and Board meetings
* Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Handling confidential correspondence and information with absolute discretion
* Assisting with presentations, reports, and special projects
* Coordinating key events such as leadership meetings, Board dinners, and company functions
* Providing overflow support to the broader Executive Team when required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
* Proven experience supporting senior executives (CEO or C-suite level preferred)
* Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
* Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
* Professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document preparation
* A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
