Job Description:
The Wound Care Registered Nurse role is a full-time position within our multidisciplinary team. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality wound care services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* To deliver exceptional patient-centered care, with a focus on prevention and management of wounds.
* To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* To maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient interactions and treatments.
* To participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
* A current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* An up-to-date vaccination status for COVID-19 and annual influenza vaccination.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and patients.
