We're now seeking an experienced, versatile senior technician to grow with us and step into a key leadership role.
The Opportunity: A Role You Can Grow Into
This isn't a standard, off-the-tools management position.
We're looking for a seasoned, "on-the-tools" expert who is ready for the next step.
This is a hybrid role.
You will continue to be a hands-on technical leader, installing, commissioning, and fault-finding on our most complex projects, while also taking on new responsibilities.
We are flexible and want to build this role around your strengths.
We are looking for someone with the ambition to grow into one or more of the following areas:
Team Leadership: Scheduling, managing, and mentoring our technical team.
Project Management: Taking projects from planning to completion, managing budgets and timelines.
Technical Consulting: Acting as our senior technical expert, assisting with system design and product selection.
Client Management: Building strong relationships with our key clients and stakeholders.
Estimating & Sales: Assisting with quoting and finding new opportunities.
About You: A Versatile Leader
Significant (5+ years) hands-on experience in the electronic security industry.
Technical Expertise with enterprise-level systems preferred.
A natural leader with a passion for mentoring and helping a team succeed.
Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
A proactive, flexible, and "can-do" attitude.
A current Open Cablers License and a valid Australian Driver's License.
The ability to pass a Criminal History Check.
Full, unrestricted Australian working rights.
