The role
This is a senior 360 tech recruitment role with real ownership.
Current focus areas include:
* Software Engineering
* AI / Data
* Cyber Security
* Project Services
* Executive Search
Around 70% of the role is business development, but it's structured and supported, not random activity for the sake of it.
You'll be:
* Building and owning a specialist tech market
* Developing long‑term client relationships
* Running multiple roles at pace, without chaos
* Headhunting and mapping markets properly
* Growing a desk that's sustainable and profitable
How we support strong billers
We've invested heavily in tools and systems designed to remove friction, so experienced recruiters can focus on the parts of the job that actually drive revenue.
That includes:
* Transparent pricing upfront, so sales conversations are cleaner
* Tools that generate job ads, marketing content and Boolean strings straight from job briefs

* Automated lead signals to help you prioritise the right conversations

* Up to 50% commission, uncapped
* Zero threshold
* 50% triggered at $180k billed per quarter
* Average fee around $29k
* Monthly bonuses and incentives
* Two international trips per year
* Quarterly individual and team incentives
* Hybrid working model (Surry Hills office)
