Chef de Partie / Chef – Casual, Part-Time or Full-Time
Blu Salt Group is seeking motivated, enthusiastic Chef de Parties or recently qualified Chefs to join our fun, dynamic teams across our three Mornington Peninsula venues. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about food and keen to grow within a well-established hospitality group.
About You
* Experience in a fast-paced kitchen (preferred but not essential)
* A genuine love of fresh seafood and high-quality ingredients
* Ability to deliver consistent food quality and maintain strong kitchen standards
* Passion for good food and current food trends
* Professional, organised, and a strong communicator
