An exciting opportunity exists for the rightpụ person!! The Historic Nannup Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Manager for the busy Hotel / Motel.
You बनाउन will manage the day‑to‑day running of the hotel and will be responsible for all facets of the business in a hands‑on role which combines both administration and operations.
Responsibilities
* Ensure smooth running of the Hotel including bars, food and accommodation.
* Responsible for ensuring all the Liquor Act regulations / licenses are fully complied with.
* Staff Management including rostering.
* Bar management, food service and TAB.
* Assist in all areas of the hotel during peak times.
* Ensuring high standards are met regarding venue cleanliness, presentation and customer service.
* Provide guidance, support and leadership to all team members.
* On‑line ordering of Alcohol and Food on a weekly basis.
* Your hours of duty can vary depending on a number of variables, e.g. events etc., you are required to be on hand during busy times.
* Reconciliation of takings and security of monies.
* Banking of all monies on a weekly basis.
Requirements
* Previous experience in the Hotel industry.
* Good communication skills dealing with both staff and guests.
* Well organized.
* Flexibility to work shift including weekends and evenings.
* RSA Certificate.
* Approved Managers Certificate.
* TAB Compliance Certificate.
