Location: Hope Valley, Western Australia, AU

This role will be based at our Corporate Head Office and is a Monday‐to‐Friday hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from home one day per week.

What we're looking for

We are seeking a highly capable and commercially astute Finance Analyst to join our Finance team, based at our Corporate Head Office.

Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent qualification, highly regarded.
• Experience in corporate accounting, management accounting, financial reporting or audit.
• Strong capability in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using ERP or reporting systems.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‐finance stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, accountability and ability to deliver within deadlines.
• Proactive, solutions‐focused approach with sound commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial performance reports.
• Provide meaningful analysis on financial results, trends and variances.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Partner with branch and operational leaders to understand performance drivers.
• Support month‐end and year‐end close activities.
• Assist with statutory, regulatory, audit and group reporting requirements.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity through reconciliations and review.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, reporting and business partnering outcomes.
