What you'll do:
As a Site Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our operational success, leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results for our valued customers. * Lead and develop high-performing operations teams
* Oversee warehouse operations ensuring SLA compliance and customer excellence
* Drive performance improvements through data analysis and strategic implementation
* Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement culture
* Manage resources and logistics to optimise costs and exceed expectations
* Provide training, coaching, and succession planning for team development
Your Success Profile:
* Proven operations management experience in 3PL logistics or supply chain
* Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
* Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems and MS Office
* Tertiary qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or business (preferred)
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities
* Strong experience with WMS systems (Manhattan WMS preferred)
