Financial Operations Assistant
This position plays a pivotal role in supporting the finance team. Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating comprehensive financial reconciliations for multiple entities.
* Collaborating with Senior Accountants on journal entries and prepayments.
* Providing support to Assistants in accounts payable and receivable.
* Assisting Property Accountants with reporting tasks and consolidating information.
* Managing corporate credit cards efficiently.
* Supporting the preparation of ABS reports.
* Responding to audit requests.
* Processing payroll and generating reports for the corporate head office on a weekly basis.
About You
We seek highly skilled candidates with exceptional English communication skills and CA / CPA students or enrolled. Preference is given to individuals with experience in corporate finance or property accounting.
